Ask the Meteorologists : Hey, I am looking for Hurricane Fran T-shirts, any suggestions?Ask the Meteorologists : A US Postal Service friend traveling to work early Monday (6 AM - 12/31/07)observed a very large (non-moving) bright white object in the eastern skies over Carrboro / Hillsborough. He described it as oblong / oval, vertically oriented with a bright green triangular (ring) about it's mid section. Do you have any idea what this may have been or heard other similar reports.
Ask the Meteorologists : The jet stream has been pretty zonal with a few dips and some clippers hitting the northeast. Do you forsee any change to where the US has a big dip in the jet w/southeast storm potentials?
