My Dog's Dreamy Leg Kicking

Dear Miss Fifi:

My dog has severe leg kicking ... jerking as he sleeps. It's much more severe than just dreaming. Any suggestions?

Unless your dog's climbing Mt. Everest in his sleep, you should probably call your vet.
