I think this would be the best way to get Team Work from these guys. Either do what they are doing right now, which is keeping the coach and just switching out a few players here and there or use the NBA Champions. Right now I think they have finally connected as a team and that is contributed to Jerry Colangelos thought that if the team was to practice every off-season with each other and get to know each other that they would be a better team.

That has got to be the best idea I've ever heard! Ever, it would also give light to some players who play huge roles on teams but don't get the glamour, like Kendrick Perkins for the Celtics...

Whoever wins the NBA Finals the year before the Olympics (in this case) the Boston Celtics are Team USA for the Olympics. And say for instance they have a Foreign Player on their team. The coach of that team replaces the foreign player with who he deems best for that spot.
For instance, the Spurs if they were the Olympic team. They have Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili in the Starting Lineup. They go out and get Chris Paul for Tony Parker and Kobe Bryant for Manu.
That would make their starting lineup: Kurt Thomas Tim Duncan Bruce Bowen Kobe Bryant Chris Paul.
That would make less people have to learn the system which I think would be better for creating Team Play. Which in my opinion is what has killed us.
