Our family LOVES animals.  Right now we have 5.  Muffin is our only cat and she is definitely the one in charge.  She doesn't take any crap from the dogs.  Then there are the dogs.  We have a Rottweiler named Oscar who is 9 years old.  We have Georgia and Ciara, our Lab/Pit mixes, who are 4 years old.  They are litter mates from the same litter.  Half looked like Georgia and half looked like Ciara.  And last but not least is Woodstock.  We weren't sure about getting a 4th dog but there was just something about him.  We never looked back.  We love him so much and can't imagine our lives without him.  We have a dream of starting a "misunderstood" breed rescue for Rotties, Pits, Dobermans, etc.  Those of us who are responsible enough and lucky enough to have these dogs know their abilty to love and the extent of their loyalty.

Hi! I have 2 dogs, both Redbone Coonhounds. In fact, the baby, Magic, is the niece of the big girl, Savannah. I'm a big time animal lover too! I also have 4 cats, MeiLan and her 3 kids, Mini, Pewter and Inky. Plus my part time kitty, Moon, my original boy. He's a neighborhood boy now. Welcome!

Thank you! And it is a bit crazy... but I don't think I'd want it any other way! I'm sure you know what I mean. I've actually been married twice. One lasted 10yrs and ended 10 years ago, my boys dad -- he's been a good friend though and a good co-parent, he was just a lousey lousey husband. The second ended 3 years ago -- we got married for baby girl, knew it wasn't the best idea for us from the beginning, but we were trying to do right by her. He has been a semi friend since and a cr*py co-parent. Has his moments though -- so she thinks he's just awesome! I grew up in a small town and was raised episcopalian. Loved it! Our Priests never once preached on anything other than trying to be a good person, that I can remember. Never was it you can't think this way or that -- or these people are wrong because they think another way. When I moved up here I tried to find the same vibe. Never could. I now say my kids are home schooled in God and Jesus. But not from a closed box.

Your babies are beautiful! My couch and bed are like that too! No room for mama! But I squeeze right in. 3 dogs, 2 cats, two teenage boys, and a 5 year old little girl. I'm the luckiest mom in the world!!! p.s. my human kids have their own beds, but the animal kids share mine! actually so does my 5 year old about 1/2 the time. but it's all good -- and cozy! LOL!
