Alright, where can I get a copy of photoshop for less than I'm willing to pay? All I got is the Kodak Gallery edit options, and they're pretty limited. Need something with OPTIONS, lots of OPTIONS!! And CHEAP, really CHEAP!!
And, Willow, I borrowed a pic of yours for a blog a while back. Hope I didn't do a bad thing.. It was your prom girl at the beach in blue. I made it red-tones, and spotlighted it - for a blog on the crippled girl who starved to death in Philly.
