Hey...this has got to be one of the largest collections of receipes I have ever seen!!!!! I'm gonna learn to cook one way or another. Lolly and Maysmom have been kind enough to share with me some of their soup and casserole instructions. Now I need a god receipe for some mild-mannered chilli.....

Leftover soup- I take all my veggies that I have a spoon or two left over after dinner (corn, butterbeans, greenbeans) cool them and dump them into a bowl and keep in the freezer. This makes my first pot of vegetable soup in the winter. I also add in some ground beef, a few cans of tomatoes, some turkey stock and turkey, noodles, and whatever else looks good.

Chicken fettucine- boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed, sauted onions and mushrooms (I used canned and pour the juice and all in with the onions- makes them softer), dump a jar of sauce on top while boiling the fettucine noodles in another pot. Drain the noodles, mix it all together. With salad and breadsticks (they sell them at Food lion in the bread aisle now) its better than olive garden. (and a lot cheaper and not nearly as greasy!)

Meatball subs- frozen meatballs, jar of marinara sauce (whatever kind you prefer) and heat it all up. Toast a hoagie type roll and melt your cheese and add the meatballs- mmmmm mmmmm good.

I have lots of quick -n- easy favorite!

Walmart pizza- (haha) up in the deli where they have the 'hot bar' they have take-n-bake pizzas that are SO GOOD and CHEAP. The supreme is best, pepperoni is good too, the meat luvers edition is not good, in our opinion.

HI! Its crock pot season!!!! Here's my taco soup recipe! What you need: 1 lb of ground beef, browned and seasoned with taco seasoning (I usually use ground cumin, paprika and tabasco sauce), 1lb of Velveta cubed, 14 oz can of diced tomatoes with chilis, 14 oz can of stewed tomatoes, can of corn, can of kindney beans. Throw it in a pot and when you get home it will be soup. :) I usually make some corn bread too and throw it on top. Its delicious and simple!
