LOL! Well, actually.........it's not really a person, it's a town. The Town of Cary, to be specific. In a nutshell, they are "taking" by way of condeming land that my mother partly owns at the intersection of High House and Maynard Rds.. They want it to use a FRACTION - meaning, a tiny part of it, to put a greenway there, so people can..........walk. That means: The entire piece of land will be basically ruined for all intents and purposes; all because Cary wants a greenway. They condemed the land (which is in perfect shape), but thanks to the SUPREME COURTS decisions, years back, land can be "taken" for only the fair market value, when you could see it for SO MUCH MORE. I HATE the government and I have no problem typing that! I HATE THEM! Don't steal. The government hates competion.
