Don't let the folks scare you about the predisone.
True, some people have bad side effects, but hopefully they can find they right meds for you and hopefully you won't be on them too long.
My 10 year has taken it on and off his whole life, (no known side effects...and hopefully there will be none)
I know waiting is horrible.
