michelle obama rallies hispanic caucus
Published Aug. 28, 2008Hispanics should not have to live in fear of raids by immigration agents, Michelle Obama told a Hispanic caucus to the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday.
Well if that doesn't seal the deal for you, I don't know what will. I don't like McCain, but I sure as Hades am not on board with this BS.

Let's break this down logically. I have spoken with a lot of Hispanics - especially from the "You Don't Speak For Us" group. They don't live in fear. They are living in lots of anger though. Angry because they get targeted for hate because of Stupid assumption (like Michelle Obama made) that all illegals are Hispanic. Yes, the majority are. Let's be honest. They are also angry because they came here legally and are tired of moochers just like we are.
The only people who SHOULD be living in Fear are illegals and those that commit crimes.
IMO - Michelle Obama made a big mistake with that comment. He made a racial stereotype (IMO) that all illegals are hispanics. OR even worse- all other illegals are irrelevant, only hispanics are the ones they'll help. BAD JUJU

I want to be fair here. Some illegals are paying some taxes, they're just getting more back from the government each year for that low income wage they work. They are using expired visa with working id's. Then you got them who are paying taxes and getting back except it is some one's number they're using illegally. Wonder how many peoples lives they mess up by reporting wages under their numbers when those people go to do taxes and get help these wages show up. Then it is the innocent who has to correct all the carp they caused and they just go and get another illegal social security number. This is what 20 years of politicians from all sides of the fence let happen to their citizens. I'm just as angry at the people who let it continue on without speaking out sooner as well as government for letting it happen
