With all of this stuff about welfare folks being their usual stupid selves (such a hateful and senseless blog) guess some are dissapointed tonight....Delete away.......You can't stop the truth..the welfare masses did Not come out and create mayhem as you sordidly predicted. You are wrong!!!!!! And Wrong for what you hoped for...

Person A gets food stamps and needs cash for drugs or beer. Person B needs food and pays Person A perhaps 50 cents on the dollar to accompany Person B to the grocery store. Person B gets food. Person A pays for food with card and gets half of the cost in cash. Person A takes cash and gets drugs or alcohol.
Whenever you see two adults shopping together and one of them is using their food stamp card, it's a pretty good bet that the scam is in place.
