CORNELIUS, N.C. — Midrex Technologies, a provider of engineering and technology for the international steel industry, has signed on with Customer Connect Associates for customer relationship management services.
Midrex wants to use CRM for sales acceleration, technical service and marketing.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Midrex is based in Charlotte.
