HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Global orthopedic products maker Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ: OFIX) is losing Chief Financial Officer Timothy Adams, who has decided to resign his position as of April 30.
Tom Hein, executive vice president of finance, will serve as interim CFO – a title he held for eight years prior to Adams.
Separately, Orthofix will release its financial results for the first quarter of 2008 at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 1. The company previously announced first quarter revenue guidance of $120-$124 million.
