Raleigh, N.C. — GrowthFinance LLC, a firm that delivers financial expertise as an outsourced service to fast-growing companies, is adding two members in North Carolina.
Gerhard Renner joins the Raleigh office and brings a decade of experience as chief financial officer and general counsel at corporate and entrepreneurial firms, most recently at Airborne 1 of Los Angeles, the company said. He received a master's degree in finance and juris doctorate from the University of Southern California and a bachelors in economics and rhetoric from the University of California Berkeley.
Katherine Shermanksy joins the Charlotte office as accounting manager with a history of senior roles within the industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
GrowthFinance also has an office in Greenville/Spartanburg. The firm provides financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting and management services as well as strategic support for raising capital or completing mergers and acquisitions.
