GREENVILLE, N.C. — Metrics Inc, a contract pharmaceutical development company, is looking to hire “at least” 50 scientists and technicians as part of an expansion program.
The firm, which already employs some 225 people, is moving into 47,000 square feet of new space as part of an $18 million expansion.
In a statement, the company said it plans to “dramatically expand services.” Product offerings include pharmaceutical formulation, clinical trial materials, manufacturing and analytical development plus validation services.
Metrics, founded in 1994, is adding four new analytical labs, more storage, a cytotoxic and potent compound lab and a microbiology lab.
