Durham, N.C. — William Ringo, Jr., a member of the Inspire Pharmaceuticals board, is resigning his position.
Ringo, who is joining Pfizer as senior vice president of strategy and business development, will leave the Inspire post as of June 10. Inspire’s annual meeting is set for that date.
Ringo joined the Inspire board in 2003.
