Kilpatrick Stockton Lawyer to Chair Southeast BIO

Atlanta — Phillip Strett, a lawyer with Kilpatrick Stockton in Atlanta, is the new chair of the board of directors for the Southeast BIO organization.

Street replaces Rebecca Kaufman, who works at King & Spalding LLP.

"SEBIO is entering a phase of real growth as an organization, and I'm excited to oversee that as the incoming chair," Street said in a statement. "SEBIO has always been about supporting the growth of the life-sciences industry in the Southeast. The ongoing initiatives of SEBIO will heighten the national recognition of the Southeast as a center for the life-sciences industry."
